Palm Island in Cape Haze, Florida. Completed in 2014
Due to previous success, PHA was hired to design and oversee another interior renovation of an existing 1980’s 2-story beach condo on Palm Island in Cape Haze, Florida. The clients wanted to instill a more traditional beach style, similar to a “Key West” design. Therefore, we incorporated painted board and batten wall fenestrations, painted wood plank ceiling with rafter beams, and new stair and millwork to match. PHA’s interior division designed, coordinated, and installed this flair into the finish and furniture selections.
Similar to our other Palm Island experiences, we used unfinished attic spaces to create a kid’s bedroom with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, and spacious storage. The renovations allowed for a cozy 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2-story condo. This project enabled PHA to work on all aspects of the design and interiors directly with the clients. The architectural results leave a feeling that is uplifting and cheerful not only to the clients, but also to every visitor and neighbor.
