Beach Condo II

Clients desired an interior renovation of an existing 1980’s 2-story beach condo in Florida. They wanted to instill a more traditional beach style, similar to a “Key West” design. Therefore, we incorporated painted board and batten wall fenestrations, painted wood plank ceiling with rafter beams, and new stair and millwork to match. PHA’s interior division designed, coordinated, and installed this flair into the finish and furniture selections.
