New York Lake House

After purchasing a property with a small cabin overlooking a lake in Kent, NY, the clients decided to totally gut the existing cabin and expand on the shell to create an Adirondack cabin retreat. This 2,800 sq.ft. cabin was demolished down to the main structure and completely rebuilt. The garage became the kitchen and a large deck was added to take advantage of the breathtaking views. We folded in Adirondack elements at every opportunity from the custom cut shutters and deck railings to the rustic split log siding.
